First, you will take the measurements of your room, giving us the 2D floor plan and the height. 

Then, you will take pictures, and send us your photos of inspiration, your preferred colours, and a mood board (optional). That’s all you need to do!

From then on, we will design your room for you with realistic, high-quality 3D rendering. If you are unhappy with the result, we come with unlimited revisions until you are 100% satisfied with the design, or you can get your money back.

We can shop for furniture on your behalf. Once the decoration is done, you can now enjoy your home plus our limitless ongoing post-design service!

However, depending on the theme of what we agreed upon and the condition of your current furniture, please be open to the idea that you may need to replace or reupholster some of your furniture. Our designer will take 2 weeks to create your initial 3D beautiful image after briefing. However, the total design time can vary depending on your response times and the number of revisions required.

Absolutely! But for us to get a clearer sense of what you like and dislike, we would ask you a few questions before we start designing your room. We would also ask you to send a few inspirational photos you love. We will then help you visualize your dream room.

After designing your room, we will provide a list of recommended furniture included in the design. We would love to provide you the convenience of easy shopping with our partner furniture shops, but if in any case you want to explore other furniture shops that match the furniture recommended in the list, you may do so by purchasing directly through them.

We would like you to absolutely love your space, so we offer 100% customer satisfaction and money-back guarantee on our designs. You get a full refund after the design stage if you are not happy with the work. However, since the furniture is sourced from external stores, you will need to contact
the stores directly for the after-sales service and warranty of the furniture.
